Kojo Danku, born in 1984 in Accra, Ghana, is a contemporary artist whose work captures the vibrant spirit and cultural depth of African life. His artistic journey began as an apprentice at Romeo Graphics Studio, where he cultivated his foundational skills before earning a Diploma in Fine Arts from Ghanatta College of Art and Design.
Kojo’s art is distinguished by a stream of consciousness approach, merging abstraction and landscape to portray the rhythms, textures, and emotions of everyday life in his motherland. His creative practice is deeply rooted in documenting and celebrating the cultural philosophy, heritage, and lived experiences of his people.
